Erica Coe, DDS
Dr. Erica Coe has a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University — College of Dental Medicine, in New York. During her time in New York, she met Dr. Hamlett through the Aesthetic Advantage program at New York University, and upon graduation, relocated to Dallas to advance her dental skills within his practice. Dr. Hamlett continues to mentor her in the field of Cosmetic Dentistry, and she has become an invaluable asset to the team. Erica and her husband love to travel and spend time with their pomeranians, Chewy and Rex.
Cindy, Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Cindy, a Registered Dental Hygienist, strives to provide her patients with the ultimate dental experience, with an emphasis on patient comfort. Her goal is to help people achieve and maintain their oral health for a lifetime. An active member of the dental hygiene community in Dallas, Cindy often volunteers her time at the local and state level.
Stacy, Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, Stacy feels that the most important aspect of her job is patient education. Her goal is to make each patient's experience as comfortable and beneficial as possible. After completing her undergraduate work at Oklahoma State University, she went on to receive her Dental Hygiene degree from the University of Oklahoma and her Master of Science at Baylor College of Dentistry. In her free time, Stacy is an avid runner and a lover of books, and she also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Becky, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)/Business Team/Clinical Assistant
Becky has spent the majority of her career focused on dentistry as a Registered Dental Assistant. Her clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills have made her an asset in patient care and education. As a comprehensive restorative dental assistant, she is also a vital part of Dr. Hamlett's business team. Becky expresses great enthusiasm about people and brings a sense of humor to the office. Outside of work, Becky spends time with family, friends, and her beloved Labrador retriever, Dinger.
Erika, Clinical Dental Assistant (CDA)
Erika is a Clinical Assistant with certification in dental assisting through the Dental Foundation. When assisting Dr. Hamlett, she strives to create a pleasant dental experience for each patient, while also maintaining the highest possible standards in dental care and technology. Erika and her husband have a very active family life. She feels blessed to have a 20-year-old stepson and a very active 7-year-old son, both of whom always keep her on her toes.
Ashley, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
An experienced Registered Dental Assistant, Ashley is very enthusiastic about learning and applying the latest techniques and materials to give patients a relaxing visit and fantastic results. You can expect to feel at ease and comfortable in her care, and you'll always leave with a smile. Ashley spends her free time keeping fit with outdoor activities and enjoys the company of her dog, Daisy Mae.
Pam, Patient Relations/Financial Coordinator
Pam serves as Dr. Hamlett's Patient Relations and Financial Coordinator and strives to provide an exceptional patient experience from beginning to end. She loves getting to know each patient and personally manages appointment scheduling, treatment presentations, and financial arrangements. Pam is active in a local book club, altar guild, and wedding guild. She has two married daughters and two very loved grandsons.
Debra, Office Manager
As Office Manager, Debra is an indispensable part of Dr. Hamlett's team. From her beginnings as an Assistant and Patient Coordinator to her current role as Office Manager, she is truly a "jack of all trades." From paperwork to patient care, she ensures that the day-to-day operations of the practice run smoothly. Debra is married to Dr. Hamlett, and together they love to travel and also have a shared interest in antiques.
